The Product is unique.
In fact, the Product (Double Telescopic Ladder) is unique. It is easy, safe and comfortable to use. But somehow, it is heavy (17.2 kg), particularly for an old person like me to carry from one place to another. It's locking mechanism is extra ordinary superb and appreciable. A portable climber
Being a telescopic ladder it's very convenient to move and store as well on a daily use basis. Product finish looks good and build is somewhat sturdy. I was able to operate the ladder by myself, however for caution someone should be at the beside the ladder holding it from swaying away. I would like to see a platform fitment which could be just clipped on the side of the ladder so when anyone who is working at heights can keep tools or such aids while working therefore increase work efficiently.

Can be used for climbing and for indoor play too!
Its been only a week, but this is a very useful multipurpose ladder, which can be used for climbing and some bit of indoor play like climbing hurdles (with supervision) for older children. It?s simple and sturdy. The only thing i found hard was the locks, but they are hard for a STURDY reason. A suggestion, would be to have more positions options.

Perfect ladder !

I used this in our school for electrical repairs and maintenance. chances of falling and injuries exist if the two people are operating it. If the other person unlocks a hinge and the person climbing is unaware, he might trip and fall.

Not stable, shakes when i climb on it
After seeing the multifunctionality of this ladder, I was so eager to have it at my home. The moment it reached my house, I assembled it. However, when climbed it started shaking. I tried to use it in other different ways as described in the manual but found shaking. I didn't want to return this product, so I called the customer support just to figure out if they can help me with any solution. However, didn't get any satisfactory response. I am disheartened. Returning it. Would be glad if the manufacturer can fix this problem. Warning: For the sake of other users safety, please try to fix this problem if you can, before using this ladder.

Expensive for what you get - but it does a good job. Ok I have used this now for a project and it is nice is sturdy and does a good job. Just realized it doesn't come with the U connectors. These are useful to connect the two sliding ladder pieces together two separate short ladders for a work table (very common use from where i am). I have several of the little gaint version of this (the original). For the Little gaint I paid around 8,000rs in the USA for it, here it's 163,000rs? That's insane everything is more expensive in India I guess. So I went with this one. Even though it costs the same as the top quality one in the USA it's just ok. The good is it's sturdy. The bad is the levers to release to change configuration are a pinch hazard and difficult to use. The others use side push in switches (also difficult to push in) but no change of cutting your finger.

An year of using it.... this is the perfect time to actually evaluate an item for being sturdy. This ladder is by far the best in its class and for the price its a bang for your cash. The interlocks are a bit of a struggle, but u get used to it (pretty fast) after every passing month. In and outside your premises, this is really a "stairway" to new heights.....literally!!

I have used this12-foot aluminium ladder only a few times and the experience so far has been very good. It actually exceeded my expectations. It is a reasonably sturdy ladder, light enough even for elderly people to handle. It has a good finish, and its joints worked smoothly. Writing the review after almost 3 months of purchase. We needed a ladder that has enough height for changing the bulbs on our chandelier and light fittings which are atleast 15 feet high. At the same time, we needed the ladder to fold so that we can keep it in store room. This ladder served the purpose nicely. It is quite strong and the hinges lock nicely and safely. Any person with good 80-90 kgs also can climb, stand and work for hours using this ladder. Quite happy with this one. Take a look at the pictures..

The product is not stable at higher heights, the base is not sturdy enough and the ladder shakes. With even a person holding at the bottom, the ladder cannot be used at full length. The base should have been thicker, wider and stronger for the ladder to be used to its full length.

A Must Buy for Home or Work.
Nice Ladder, not much weight can be carried by one hand in folding position. First time was a bit tricky to open but when read the instructions in the box then it was easy, now even my son and wife can open and close it. Materials Aluminium is pretty strong and durable will last longer if handled properly. One thing which I feel while standing for long durations it hurts so better use a rubber slipper or a sports shoe while standing on it.
Rest all good and love the folding size, easy to store it, Must Buy.

The package came with missing parts.

The ladder is sturdy, lightweight and quite useful for both domestic and professional purposes. I use it for my site work and the ladder has been quite useful. The total length mounts upto 15 feet. The material is of good quality and the locks on the ladder are very helpful to provide required height. The rubber soles prevent it from slipping up. It's a good product.
There couple of things that I noticed as cons:
Locking and unlocking system (Lever) is not too smooth.
Unusual Noise issue while climbing on it, which is scary for kids.
Advisable: if the width of steps can be increased to 2 feet.

I am not sure if it is worth for the money
I had to buy for my servant to do small chores where he can't reach. I noticed it wobbles when someone standing on it, and edges around locks are rough and likely to hurt if one is not very careful.

Study but very light weight ladder
I am a 47 year old woman and I find this ladder easy to carry around to different locations and to use it. I have used it in painting my bathroom, in cleaning and sealing my gutters. I took it out back for my neighbor to use to trim my tree limbs that sagged after a storm. It is light weight and easy to carry. It seems sturdy enough that I felt safe using it.

I was skeptikal about the usability and quality of the product. On the same day of receipt, we used the ladder to replace 2 light bulbs fitted in the slope ceiling of my house. Height is around 17 ft. We couldn't not replace the bulbs for the last 5 years. Quality and finish is very good. There is no loose joints. When the ladder is unfolded fully, While climbing, slight saking is observed. But it is not avoidble.

Sturdy and excellent product
It's easy to use and carry around your home. Just follow simple instructions given in manual and you can scaffold and retract it easily yourself without any help. It's easy to assemble as only foot bar is required to be attached, rest of the ladder comes assembled. One thing i want to mention is that it's quite light weight but without compromising on it's sturdiness. I was a little hesitant about it before buying, but then i ordered it reading other reviews. When I saw it on receiving my order I didn't feal cheated at all. Infact this is a very sturdy ladder, sturdier than other ladders used indoor . If you are just not buying it like me considering it won't be sturdy, stop thinking further and buy it now. to climb up terrace of my house to reach the water tank and it never gave me any problem.

product is sturdy but not so comfortable to work. You will not be able to stand on if for longer periods. if it is for 5 to 10 min its absolutely fine. but if you have to stand and work for longer periods , you will feel the pain in your feet soles as its just a square pipe and there is not flat surface to place your feet comfortably.And the price is too high. I bought is 2 weeks ago and using it . so far it is serving my purpose.

EQUAL Foldable and Adjustable 4 x 4 Steps Super Multipurpose Folding Aluminium Ladder Working Bench Table, 15 feet Height. Very convenient. Compact. Can be easily unfolded to required height. Package made a rattling noise on arrival - thought item was broken - but it was only the end cross-bars which are loose in package and have to be fixed by you. That has a design fault and leaves a gap, which I feel can be improved upon by the manufacturer, but that is not critical for the use of the ladder. The joints will, I suppose, give trouble if dirt and dust goes in. May not be very useful in such environments. It is now a few months since I bought it - No problems so far.

The fit and finish has to improve
There is a play in the rungs, feels flimsy as one works on it, there is a nees to either use dampers on the joints or ensure the fittings and joints dont have play. The sturdy feel is not there, probably because of mis match in the gauge of the metals. A well placed blow did tighten the joints to get the job done. Otherwise a very good and useful item

Useful product - if you want to climb a high wall or tree
Pros.
1. Product is sturdy.
2. Material is fine.
3. Locking function is good.
4. Very long and Tall.
5. Multiple positions possible.
Cons.
1. Very difficult for one person to man-oeuvre it. one has to bend and release the lock at the same time.
2. Leg hurts when you stand in the rungs for longer time. (if you use them with one bend for smaller height, you may get rungs together, so you feet may not feel the pain. Else wear a sandal and mind the slippery)
3. Creates creepy sound of metal scratching to each other with spring in the lock, so you may get little scared if you may fall. (locks are very strong and sturdy - no need to worry)
