Very nice and comfortable but has some limitations
This is a very nice chair but has the following limitations: 1. Manufacturing limitation. The cogs that lock up the chair in a position are made of plastic. They do not hold and slip easily. I have added a video to show it. Even if I don't tilt forward, they slip if my foot rests on the foot rest bar. For a chair of this price, they should have used good quality metal cogs and metal locking. Or it could just be a problem with my piece. I am asking for a replacement., 2. Design flaw. The person sitting in the chair needs an external reference point to tilt the chair. The foot rest, the hand rests, the back, all move and hence they do not serve the purpose. I used an external foot rest as shown in the video, but the designers could have easily provided a grab bar that does not move. Holing it would allow the chair to tilt at the desired angle., 3. Design flaw. This is actually a design feature which is useful for comfort but becomes a flaw for getting up. The bottom remains lower then the knee which is nice but this makes it very difficult for an old person to get up. The designers should provide some way of lifting the seat. It could well be a hydraulic bottle jack with the bar to operate. Or at least a couple of sturdy grab bars that can be held for lifting oneself up.

locks are not that strong

More attention needed on finish of hand rest area; projecting screw ends near the lever is annoying. A separate sliding pad for support of lower spine similar to head rest will be very useful.

Really comfortable
The chair has a super sturdy frame and the cushion is very comfortable. The frame design was what made me buy this product. The only concern for me is the locking mechanism for the tilt which is made of plastic, the customer service dept. at equal has assured me that it wouldn't fail, been using the product for a month now and no complaints with product.

Comfortable chair that is easily foldable. Only issue is that if you recline more, it does not stay locked in place if you shift around. Needs some getting used to.

Pretty sturdy yet very light weight chair. One can easily fold it and place it aside when not in use. Amazing ergonomics worked out to pretty fair details, it’s pleasure to relax on the chair binge watching or sipping a drink or reading a book for that matter. It's a nice chair. Lightweight and quite comfortable! Cushion is good. Looks elegant as well. The price seems to be little bit on higher side. However, the delivery experience was very bad. The delivery guy came quite late than 9PM and called on my cell phone twice even though my security gaurd was there who received the package and I was making payment through sms link .

Good Quality Product - Needs Time to Adapt
This is a good quality product with a comfortable cushion and pillow. However, it will take a while to get used to it and learn how to tilt the chair and lock it so it doesn't fall over. Suggest adjusting it for senior citizens and training them before leaving them on it. Also, suggest leaning against a wall initially in case of disasters with the locking mechanism.

Design problem, while unfold the chair front legs requird pulling action every time. Doesn't stand on four legs as usual in all folding chairs, required pulling action towards horizontal force on every action of unfolding position

The chair although looks comfortable is not so. Also the tilt locking mechanism keeps slipping. You lock it in one place and within minutes the lock gives away - the jerk caused by the sudden slippage is quite painful.
