Refund & Return Policy


At equalequip.com, we believe that customer satisfaction is key; therefore we stand behind all products bought at our site. If you receive a product that falls in the below-mentioned criteria, please contact us within 7 days of delivery as return and refund requests are taken up only within this time period. 

Return criteria:

  • Wrong Size,
  • Wrong Color,
  • Wrong Quantity,
  • Defective,
  • Damaged, Or
  • Significantly different from the description given by the merchant.

We will also not be able to accept the return if the product
  • Is used/worn or altered
  • Exhibits physical damage to the box or to the product
  • Is returned without original packaging and accessories
  • The serial Number has tampered.
If you have received an empty parcel or any item is missing, please contact us within 24-48 hours of receiving the order. If an order has been shipped and returned for whatever reason, a one-way shipping charge will be deducted from the refund amount unless the return case falls under the above-mentioned return criteria.

Standard Return Policy:

We believe you will be thrilled with the products you purchase from the Equal Store. That’s because we go out of our way to ensure that they’re designed and built to be just what you need. We understand, however, that sometimes a product may not be what you expected it to be. In that unlikely event, there are a few important terms to keep in mind when returning a product you purchased online from Equal store:
  • You have 7 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
  • Only items that have been purchased directly from Equalequip.com online can be returned.
  • Our support team will contact you to ascertain the damage or defect in the product prior to issuing refund or replacement.
  • Customer will be asked to share images for our team to review return request in case of any damage/defect within 3-5 days of receiving the parcel.
  • Once the return request is approved by our support team, our courier partner will be aligned to pick up the order as per your prescribed date and time, subject to availability. Once a reverse pickup request has been generated, our courier partner will make a max of two attempts to pick up the order. If the order is not handed over to the courier partner for any reason (packet not ready, not at home, etc.), the return request will be forfeited and your request will be denied.

  • The refund will be processed when the product is delivered to our Warehouse and meets the quality parameters of the item.
  • Please ensure that the item you're returning is repackaged with all the parts and documentation that were included when you received it.

However, There are some items, that are ineligible for return, including:

  1. All types of Casters wheels
  2. Suggestion Box
  3. Letter box
  4. First aid Box
  5. Metal plant Stand under 1500 INR
  6. EQUAL Food Kitchen Scale


In case customer receive a defective and damaged item, it will be eligible for replacement.

Raise a Return Request:

  1. Click on Customer support section on the app Customer Support
  2. Fill in all the required details like Name, Email ID, and Mobile Number
  3. Write your return reason/comments in the Message/dialogue box provided.
  4. Submit the return request.

Evaluate and Pick-Up:

Once we receive the request, Equal support team will connect with you within 24 hours.
  1. The return requests are evaluated by the support team in consultation and Customer will be asked to share images of the product.
  2. Return pick-up of product will be scheduled basis the courier availability and your subsequent interaction with our Customer Support representative.
  3. Please retain the original packaging of the product, along with user manual, warranty slip and other accessories to ensure a successful pick-up.
  4. A product scheduled for return pick-up will be picked up by the logistic partner from the original shipping address of the order, within 72 hours of initiation of the return pick-up request.

Refund Policy:

Refunds will be through bank transfers. No cash refunds will be made. It would take our team at least 5 to 7 business days post refund to be initiated. In case of NEFT, it would require us at least 3 to 5 business days post refund initiation to refund your amount. For Prepaid orders the amount shall be credited to your account through which the payment was done. It may take 7 to 10 business days for the amount to reflect in your account.

Cancellation:

  1. Cancellations will only be accepted within 24 hours of placement of an order or if your order has not yet been shipped, whichever is earlier.
  2. Customer can Mail or Call customer support for cancellation the Order.
  3. For Prepaid orders the amount shall be credited to your account through which the payment was done. It may take 7 to 10 business days for the amount to reflect in your account.
  4. If you cancel the product after it has been shipped, you will not be approved for “reward points” and “Cash on Delivery” in future.
