The Equal Help Centre page lists out various types of issues that you may have encountered so that there can be quick resolution and you can go back to shopping online. For example, you can get more information regarding order tracking, delivery dates, and changes, and help with returns and refunds.

How do I become a registered member of Equal?

Click on the login link on the top right-hand side of every page on Equal and click on Sign up. This will open a window where you need to fill in your basic details, choose a password for your account, and click on the ‘submit’ button to complete your registration!

I have forgotten my password. How do I log in to my account?

Click on the 'Login' link on the top right-hand side of the page. This will open a window where you will see a 'Forgot Password?' link. Provide your registered email address and we will email you instructions for getting a new password.

How do I place an order on Equal?

The process of placing an order on Equal is very easy. Just follow the following steps:

  • Once you have selected the item that you wish to purchase click on Buy Now or if added it to the cart, click on Checkout.
  • You will reach the Order Summary Page where you can review your order. If you are a registered user, you can now log in. If you are not registered, you can either register or continue checkout as a guest user. You can fill in the shipping and billing address and then click on continue.
  • You can choose from a range of payment methods and Proceed to Pay Securely. Here, you can also add an available coupon in the Add Coupon code box. click on place order.
  • Once the order is placed you will receive a confirmation email and order number.
How do I track the progress of an order?

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email and an SMS notification with details of the order. You can track the shipment by clicking on the link provided in the email. You can also track your order by visiting www.Equalequip.com and clicking on the Track Your Order link located in the upper right-hand corner of the website. From there, you can type in your order information to get tracking.

What is the expected time for delivery after placing an order?

The delivery shall be through reputed couriers on all weekdays, except for National Holidays and any other public holiday. Delivery shall be made within 7-10 business days from the time of purchase. But, depending on the Shipping address delivery in remote areas may take more than 10 business days.

What do I do if I get a damaged/ defective or incorrect product?

You need to contact our support team. You will be asked to share images for our team to review return/replacement requests in Customer will be asked to share images for our team to review return request in case of any damage/defect within 3-5 days of receiving the parcel. Once the return request is approved by our support team, our courier partner will be aligned to pick up the order as per your prescribed date and time, subject to availability.

Do I need to keep anything in mind while returning your product?

The returned product should be in its original packaging, and in the same condition as you received the product. Please ensure that all tags, warranty/ guarantee cards, and accessories are included. The 7-day Easy Return Policy is hassle-free. Once we validate the refund, we will pick up the product through our own in-house logistics team. All you need to ensure is that you send us an image of the product on time.
